The cirulation thing is not supposed to be 50, it can either be limited edition, 1st edition, or 2nd edition. That will probably be help in the future. Recommended Change:"You can only activate this card when your opponent Normal Summons a monster. As long as this card is face-up on the field, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent each time a monster he/she controls is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard."
