Aetherift is a control-oriented Psychic archetype centered on zone shifting as its core gameplay mechanic. The deck plays by repositioning monsters to activate value effects, disrupting the opponent by relocating their monsters into unfavorable zones, and manipulating columns to break established boards. Many Aetherift monsters gain additional benefits when they are moved, such as drawing cards, searching, or applying negation.

Aetherift Pathfinder

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can move this card to another Main Monster Zone you control. If this card is moved to another Monster Zone: Add 1 "Aetherift" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Aetherift Pathfinder". You can only use each effect of "Aetherift Pathfinder" once per turn.

 

Aetherift Axis Singularity

LIGHT / Psychic

ATK 3000 Link-4:

2+ monster, including "Aetherift" Monster

If this card is Link Summoned: You can move any number of other cards you control to different zones on your field, then draw 1 card for each card moved by this effect. (Quick Effect): You can choose 1 Monster Zone or Spell & Trap Zone on the field, then move 1 card on the field to that zone, if possible. If that zone is already occupied, send the card currently in that zone to the GY. If a card on the field is moved to a different zone (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 card on the field; negate its effects. You can only use each effect of "Aetherift Axis Singularity" once per turn.

 

Aetherift Dimensional Relay

[Continuous Trap]

If a monster you control moves to another Monster Zone: You can Special Summon 1 "Aetherift" monster from your hand in Defense Position. If this face-up card in the Spell & Trap Zone is moved to another Spell & Trap Zone: Draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Aetherift Dimensional Relay" once per turn.
