Phantom Neos remake

Well... it's not a Fusion Monster unless it has a material list... so you need to add that... plus, you're making a new, really easy way to fuse monsters, some kind of "Dead Fusion" or something (I could "Foolish" one or both of the guys, and get "Phantom" out easy.). And remember, "Neos" has only been used in Contact Fusion Monsters... so let's keep it that way until the TCG changes up a bit.

 

This guy also has a blown-up version of DAD's effect... which is on the verge of being banned already (Just another reason you should pitch this guy)... his lvl is also incredibly high, so there's more bad news... and even if his stats were 0/0, the card would be broken... I suggest that you go with your original "Phantom Neos" idea, and get rid of this one.

 

Still, it's a good picture (a little cropping wouldn't hurt), and it's good that you're attempting to expand on the "Neos" element there.

I'm sorry... I didn't know "Rainbow Neos" was in English... oh, wait, it's not... didn't I say the TCG hasn't released a non-Contact Fusion Monster? Oh, I did. hmmm... so whose fault is it for not paying attention?

Once again I remade Phantom Neos.... This time, I gave it a new Fusion-Material. Once again, this is NOT a Contact Fusion... It's supposed to be like Rainbow Neos, only Dark.

 

 

Rulings:

* It adds his own ATK and DEF + the removed monster's ATK and DEF.

* This card is a priority

another thing is this place is called Yu Gi Oh card MAKER

we're supposed to be creative

so inventing a new type of fusion is cool

Dead Fusions are kinda catchy

 

 

Now for the card

i like it

i like it alot

but it's chopped in half, burned in an incinerator, then frozen and shattered to pieces broken!

Noob hunter makes a point when he says he can foolish both of them and create this card

and Dark monsters are common henceforth ,making this card alot easier to use.

id give it a 6/10

It's your fault. Rainbow Neos was released in PTDN, don't lecture people when you're the one who's wrong. Fusions don't have to have Material lists, check Five Headed Dragon.

 

Anyway, to the card:

 

OCG fix:

"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Phantom of Chaos"

This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 monster from your Graveyard. Until your next Standby Phase, this card gains that monster's effect(s) and ATK. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

And fusion monsters don't have to have specific lists of monsters or even any lists at all!

As for the card... It's got an awesome picture.

And it's very strong, The fact that you can only use it's effect when it's special summoned makes it a bit more balanced.

 

9/10 - gr8 card, i would use it in my dark deck.
