Careless Whisper Posted June 25, 2008 Report Share Posted June 25, 2008 Well..Sense I'm bored, and I happen to have GIMP on my laptop, just laying on the hospital bed...I decided to experiment around with GIMP...I still can't quite get the Text effects going, but I can get the render it no problem...the only thing I can't do with the render is move it to the place that I want it, so I can't do horizontal banners yet...What do you think? Kizzi Posted June 25, 2008 Report Share Posted June 25, 2008 Just some critique:The color on the pendant looks like the default lens-flare; try brushing on a new layer with a soft red brush, and set it to color or soft light. Or both.You might wanna brush along his arms or something on a new layer with overlay or soft light, they look too plain.Does GIMP have warming / cooling / photo filters or gradient map? And the pendant is reflecting red because it is red.
