As for your EVs, max out ATK (to support sweep), and Speed (to support sweep), and then give the leftover 6 points to HP. 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP=3 Clariex is totally just thanking me again and again to increase post count - but I dun' care XDD She must become a 6-star! Zexaeon Posted August 28, 2008 Report Share Posted August 28, 2008 Nonono, the EVs can't go higher than 252 - for every four EVs, it increases the actual stat by 1 point. 252 Evs = 63 extra stat points. ^_^ And yeah, get rid of all its EVs (not just speed), then feed it Carbos, and then fight Magikarp (its easier, since you can encounter it in any water with an old rod). Also, get a Power Anklet.Alright Larx, you want a Modest Mew then, and the EV spread should be: 36 HP / 220 Sp.ATK / 252 SPD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And you want to get rid of the ATK EVs it already has because you don't know how MANY it has - you need to start from scratch so that you can keep track of it. Luxlord Posted August 28, 2008 Report Share Posted August 28, 2008 so all I need to do is Zero out everything then Max out the stats I want to max out with the Medicine then because its Adamant nature makes it grow ATK I dont need to work on any Pokemon that gives it extra ATK but its generally a slow pokemon so I should train it on Fearow to raise its Speed (If what I Read on your description is correct)then keep using berries on the stats I DONT want raised and then keep track of every stat that gets raised... Nah, see, you will still need to train the rest of the ATK points - Zero its ATK EVs, then give it max out proteins. That'll give it 100 ATK EVs. Then get it a power Band and start fighting Gyarados and Krikitune until it's obtained 152 more ATK EVs - that way, it's EVs for ATK will be maxed. The Adamant Nature doesn't increase the ATK EVs, it just makes the ATK stat 10% higher than normal. Example: a non-adamant Rhyperior has an ATK of, say, 200.
