Being Number 5 just means Lexaeus was fifth in the Organization. I mean, he takes orders from Zexion (as does Vexen). Nah' date=' see, you will still need to train the rest of the ATK points - Zero its ATK EVs, then give it max out proteins. That'll give it 100 ATK EVs. Then get it a power Band and start fighting Gyarados and Krikitune until it's obtained 152 more ATK EVs - that way, it's EVs for ATK will be maxed. The Adamant Nature doesn't increase the ATK EVs, it just makes the ATK stat 10% higher than normal. Example: a non-adamant Rhyperior has an ATK of, say, 200.
