Its not terribly good. In a D.D. Deck, both players get to pull out lots of cards, the only way its useful is in a deck that special summon by RFP (Necrofear, Gigantes, etc...) Victory dragon isn't very good, it MAY be banned because it is a special summon requiring tributes (you play scapegoat, flip DNA surgery, call dragon, Special Summon Victory Dragon Next turn, and win the match after playing heavy storm. But thats one very hard to pull off combo. New banned:Grand Mole (Or so i wish...)Marshmallon (despite its rarity) New 1:Mask Of Darkness (combo with Crush card virus) New 2:None Removed from list:Protector of the sanctuaryMetamorphosis Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd also like it if Gravity Bind was banned only because when a noob randomly puts in in their deck for no reason, and you already used up/ can't get cards to negate/destroy it, it just sucks all the fun out of the duel. But I really don't think Gravity Bind will be banned anytime soon :( I think they should take off Thousand Eyes Restrict. I'm pretty sure it is the only thing that can attack. If I'm right, you don't really have to summon anything and it will have 0 ATK and DEF. Also, you could just Sak, Fissure, Raigeki Break, ect. it really easily so it's not all that great. This format is full of floaters so you sometimes waste it on cards that have replaced themselves with advantage. TER: Some people want it back. I'm not one, but I'm not fussed either. Metamorphosis+LV1=TER Mole: Never will be banned as it's not good. Bind: If anything, it'll be semi-limited or even removed from the list to slow down the speed of the meta. Theres a ruling that it can be done and if it was at 2, you could deal like 4500 in one chain + the other burn cards in the chain, perhaps almost game after that. Chain Burn didn't dominate the format back when Strike was semi-limited, so why should it dominate if I went and semi-limited it again? You're saying Breaker is broken because he's easier to get? My plan is to get back Spell and Trap destruction and then slow the format down, hopefully with Bind, TER, Book of Moon and Scapegoat. Since that would favour burn players too much, I'm upping Spell/Trap removal, hence Trunade at 2. And imagine the sheer chaos Protector of the Sanctuary would wreak at 3. There was a match, either this SJC or last, in which Protector of the Sanctuary simply won the game by denying draw options. And what you say about Overload Fusion proves my point. It's Chimeratech which is the broken of the pair, without Chimeratech Overload wouldn't have been limited, so ban Chimeratech and unlimit Overload? (Note: Cyberdark Dragon) As for Future Fusion, I think that's limited in part by Overload, and by extension Chimeratech too. I really don't think fusion monsters should be denied the support they so desperately need because a few fusion monsters (TER, Chimeratech) are slightly overpowered. Victory dragon Should not be banned, you deserve all the wins if you are able to win with this.Protector of the Sancturary needs restrictions. With card destruction and dark world dealings its just too potent.Also Static don't argue that a card, such as breaker, is banned because of availability. All that must be said to refute your statement is: Magical stone excavation. On the Ban/limit list: Snatch steal- Lets face it, this card in many cases is the best top deck. No draw backs when used properly(snatch sack, snatch win ect.)Crush card Virus- Doesn't matter if its SJC, such a massive advantage from a single card, and if you trib sangan gg.Marshmellon- Atleast limit this monster. Off the Ban/limit list:Mayukra- Seriously limit or semi it, the OTK is so obscure this doesn't need to be here.Victory Dragon- For Reasons stated.Mind crush- Limit dustshoot if you must.United we Stand- Equips that solely roster ATK are never unfair.Call of the haunted- Terrible card usually, could be at two.Future fusion- Even with chimeratech, meh.Delinquent Duo- You use a card to kill two. The Forceful Sentry I can handle, but not Delinquent, which would render Confiscation obsolete, almost. chaoserver, Deck Devastation Virus is the OTHER one, tribute a 2000+ ATK and destroying all 1500 or less. You mean Crush Card Virus, which is already limited, and I think Marshy will be released immediately limited. As for Mind Crush, that wouldn't necessarily be bad but I can see the semi'ing of Mind Crush as to usher in a control, which I personally would like: you get tired of 1 hit KO's using Brain Control or Snatch. And I really would not be surprised to see Brain hit a list, as it's almost become a staple in any competitive deck: and who could blame anyone? It's a temporary +1 for 800 Life Points, and the stolen monster can stomp through for damage, it can force a very unfavourable exchange (Mirror Force) for your opponent if they are low on LP, and simply denies them options. (Let me explain this: let's say your opponent has 5 cards in-hand and 1 monster, so they have six cards. You have 1 monster and 5 cards in-hand, and activate Brain Control. You now have 2 monsters and 4 cards in-hand [six], against your opponents' five hand-cards [five]. The Forceful Sentry I can handle' date=' but not Delinquent, which would render Confiscation obsolete, almost. chaoserver, Deck Devastation Virus is the OTHER one, tribute a 2000+ ATK and destroying all 1500 or less. You mean Crush Card Virus, which is already limited, and I think Marshy will be released immediately limited. As for Mind Crush, that wouldn't necessarily be bad but I can see the semi'ing of Mind Crush as to usher in a control, which I personally would like: you get tired of 1 hit KO's using Brain Control or Snatch. And I really would not be surprised to see Brain hit a list, as it's almost become a staple in any competitive deck: and who could blame anyone? It's a temporary +1 for 800 Life Points, and the stolen monster can stomp through for damage, it can force a very unfavourable exchange (Mirror Force) for your opponent if they are low on LP, and simply denies them options. (Let me explain this: let's say your opponent has 5 cards in-hand and 1 monster, so they have six cards. You have 1 monster and 5 cards in-hand, and activate Brain Control. You now have 2 monsters and 4 cards in-hand [six'], against your opponents' five hand-cards [five]. You've just generated a temporary +1, and if you play right, a permanent one [tributing the Brain'd monster off]) A. I was being completely sarcastic about duo. Read it again.B. Yes I mistakenly said DDV instead of CCV. Where DDV isn't unfair, whereas CCV is among the cheapest in the game.C. During victory dragon's short stay most judges consituted it as a loss when a player scooped when Victory dragon hit the field or they were well aware he would soon.
