When this card is Normal Summoned successfully , you may Advance Summon one "Tempest Dragon- Rhodine. For every Tempest Monster on your side of the field, increase this card's ATK by 250. Once per turn, you may Release 2 Tempest Monsters you control to roll 2 six-sided dice. If you roll an even number, draw 5 cards; if they are Tempest Monsters add them to your hand.
