No I say it's cheating because you never actually bothered doing anything besides folowing promotions to get it.

 

If I bought a level 100 Arceus off of Nintendo by winning a pokemon card game tournament will it be cheating? Apperantly not.

How would you call that cheating? I rather think the Pokemon Company stealing 10 bucks off you for an hour and a half of Pokemon is cheating. >_>

I have a level one Darkrai, Arceus, and Shaymin, these I leveled up and at least Darkrai is one of my favorit characters for the hard work I put in him.

 

I just did it to bug him.

Anyway I'm with Skuldur, some people pass on to either a correction center or a better place, however some are stubborn and wait, foolishly believing thier presence would lend some aid to thier objective.

 

 

Strangly though it does, as ghosts are capable of taking a piece of themsleves and using it to posses people slightly, that is why you sometimes feel happy or sad and don't know why or do something you normally can't.
