Many pokemon can do it. Entei, Shaymin, Jirachi... mostly legends but still. Unown can alter reality. REALITY. They don't need to drop rocks on you with psychic powers, they can turn you into crystal. And they created an Entei who hypnotized a person to thinking she was a kids mom. Besides Unown's godlike abilities Alakazam's IQ is 5000. That's 50 times greater than most humans. Absol has the highest Attack of any non-legendary Pokémon that is not a part of an evolutionary family. Which is awesome. Not perfect, but still better than most pokemon.
