Anyways, it would obviously depend. The purpose, topics, and members of Club Pikachu have changed dramatically in the previous two years. If I answered this question in 2008, I would obviously deny that member and, if I was in a bad mood, ban him from the club. If it was last year, I would give it some thought. I usually won't accept him, but if he seems to be friendly and all, then why not. But this year, I would think deeper. Why the hell would you join Club Pikachu if you don't like our mascot? Why the hell would you want to join this club if you narrow your chances by a long shot? So obviously, no. (Exceptions to epic members, because this club needs them.) Good question btw.
