Eg.Discard 1 card from your Hand to negate the activation and effect of a Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. Also remove the power-up effect and lower ATK to about 3000. Phantasy Dreamz Posted July 13, 2008 Report Share Posted July 13, 2008 hand dont need to be cap..... plain simple ov'pw effect..... make the cost more than just discarding 1 since its negating Spells or Traps... your effect has 2 options for 1 cost....
