First right click then do copy image

then go to paint next to file it says "edit"

Paste it onto paint

Save as and put it on your desktop

go to Photobucket (or any other uploading site)

and upload it (make an account if you havent made one yet)

Take the URL code and copy it

Finally when you are making a Topic it there should be a pic of a mountain under a sun

click it and paste the URL code
