As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent has to pay 600 Life Points each time he attacks a Dragon-Type monster. When this card is destroyed by result of battle, you can add 1 Dragon-Type monster with an ATK of 2000 or less from your Deck to your hand. Your Deck is then shuffled. Your OCG is pretty solid. All in all, a really good card. I'm giving the "Black Reliever Dragon" a 9.5/10. Good job!
