to make this useful, add:

"This card's name is treated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" when it is face-up on the field or in the Graveyard."

That way, it becomes abusable with Future Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, and Burst Stream of Destruction.

If you do that, 9.5/10.

Otherwise, 8.5/10. Sure, it's the same thing as Kaibaman, but Kaibaman's not a Dragon-Type...:S
