Normal monsters get bullied these days, being called vanilla toilet paper and all that.

When actually a "normal deck" can be quite good with cards such as "ancient rules" and "justi-break".

So here's a bodyguard for them...

Card text...

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 Normal Monsters you control to the Graveyard. You can remove from play 1 Normal Monster in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your Deck, with a Level equal to or be less than the Level of the Monster you removed from play.

All right. Finally, someone else who can appreciate Normal Monsters. The image is okay. OCG is pretty solid. Its stats seem a little low for its Level and summoning requirement.

Hm... I thought about making his stats higher, but his effect supports normal swarm, so...

I'm not sure about raising it...

Perhaps I should make it 3000 ATK?
