When this card is Normal Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it (max. 2). As long as there are 2 Spell Counters on this card, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards during your Battle Phase. By removing 2 Spell Counters from this card, destroy all face-up Spell and Trap Cards on the field.[/align]

Oh...a face-up Heavy Storm effect...

Tell you the truth, its easy to get Spell Counters on a card, real easy.

There is Magical Plant Mandragola, Pitch Black Power Stone, Apprentice Magician, etc.

Maybe a change to more Spell Counters should suffice. It would be kind of broken if not...eh? Very high stats for a card...no? I think there is a slight problem in the OCG...oh no...

OCG fix:

That should be good. OCG is all I can comment on for now, your card's picture isn't loading for me because my computer is 8 years old. >.<
