Lemme see what I can do: If this card is used for the Tribute Summon of a WIND monster, add 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Goddess of the Azure". Honestly, I was expecting something more ecchi from you. Regardless, this is a good card to have in a WIND Deck. The pic is good and the stats are pretty balanced. I'm gonna give this a 8.5/10.
