Make a card that is the Dark-Attribute, everything else is up to you.

While you are permitted to post an overpowered card i can assure you it won't win.

 

The judge is me, but Dragon God will help with the OCG rating.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned expect when you have 6 or more DARK monsters in your Graveyard. This card cannot be removed from play. By removing all the DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play and Tributing this card, inflict 4000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. This effect can only be used when your Life Points are 1000 or lower.

You cannot Special Summon this card unless you have 2 Archfiend Monster Cards on your side of the field. The controller of this card pays 800 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phases (this is not optional). When a "Archfiend" Monster on your side of the field is selected as a target of a effect of a card controlled by your opponent, when resolving the effect, roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1, 3, 5 negate the effect and destroy the opponent's card. When this card is specifically designated as a target of the effect of a card controlled by your opponent, when resolving the effect, roll a six-sided die. If the result is 2 or 4, negate the effect and destroy the opponent's card. If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle put 1 Archfiend Counter on this card. For every Archfiend Counter on this card all "Archfiend" Monsters on your side of the field gain 200 ATK and DEF. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Effect=This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 5 Fiend-Type monsters in your hand and or Graveyard. Once per turn, you may remove from play 1 Fiend-Type monster you in your hand or graveyard to draw 1 card. You may discard the card you had drawn, to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your Deck, to the field. At the end of your turn that you used this effect to Special Summon, destroy 1 face-up Fiend-Type monster on the field.

Effect=Every Standby Phase this card card loses DEF 300.Every Main Phase this card is on the your side of field you can send 1 Fiend-Type monster from hand to the graveyard. By doing so this card gains DEF 300 and you may draw a card in your deck to your hand.If this card is in your graveyard you may send this card to your hand by Sending 3 Fiend-Type monsters from your deck to the graveyard.

[spoiler=Effect]You can Advance Summon this monster by releasing 3 monsters you control. If you do this, destroy all LIGHT monsters your opponent controls. During each of your Standby Phases, you can activate one of the following effects:

-Pay 500 Life Points to Summon 1 DARK monster from your hand.

-Pay 1000 Life Points. Select 1 level 5 or higher monster you control. Your opponent loses Life Points equal to the ATK of the selected monster -700.

-Release 1 DARK monster you control. Your opponent cannot activate any Set Spell or Trap cards until the End Phase.

-Discard the top 4 cards from your Deck. Select 1 card from your Deck and add it to your hand.

If this monster is selected as an attack target, you can activate 1 of the following effects:

-Remove this monster from play until your next Standby Phase. Your opponent cannot attack any level 4 or lower monsters you control.

-Release 2 DARK monsters you control. Destroy the attacking monster. Your opponent must end his/her Battle Phase.

If this monster is destroyed by a card effect, roll 1 six-sided die. Activate the following effect:

-1: Return this monster to your Deck. Your Deck is then Shuffled.

-2: Your opponent must discard all Spell and Trap Cards from his/her hand.

-3: You lose 200 Life Points for each card in your hand.

-4: Your opponent can Summon 1 level 6 or lower monster from his/her Deck in face-up Attack Position.

-5: Switch the position of 1 monster your opponent controls.

-6: Draw 5 cards from your Deck. If any of them are Monster Cards, Summon them in face-down Defense Position.

[spoiler=Effect] This card's Type is also treated as Zombie. When this card is successfully Tribute Summoned add 1 "The Underlord" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is the only monster on you control you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your hand. When this card is destroyed activate 1 of the following effects depending on how this card was destroyed:

Card effect- Both you and your opponent take damage equal to the DEF of the monster with the highest DEF on the field.

Battle- Both players Special Summon the monster with the highest ATK in their Graveyard in face-up Defense position ignoring Summoning conditions.

This card is removed from play when sent to the Graveyard, (unless it is the only card in your Graveyard).
