For every card in you and your opponent's hand this monster gains 200 ATK and DEF. Also, read Dj Osiris' OCG thread in the Realistic cards section. Heres the correct OCG: "This monster can only be summoned by paying 1500 Life Points. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200 for every card in you and your opponent's hands. If there aren't any cards in your hand, you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls."
