It's by Pamansazz on DevientART.Please Rate and any Criticism or helpful pieces of information would be nice. Once per turn, place 1 "Drown Counter" on every monster on the field (except WATER monsters). When a monster has 5 or more "Drown Counters" on it, it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. When this card is remove from the field, or flipped face-down, remove all "Drown Counters" on the field.
