I decided to give up on my last fan fic so I've decided to create a new one. This story is revolved around the Light and Darkness Dragon. It's a unique card that can only be used to its full power in certain decks. It automatically negates any effect that is activated but each time it does so, it gets weaker. If it gets too weak it can no longer negate anything. If it gets destroyed another monster can take its place. This is a world where only 3 Light and Darkness Dragons exist. It is so powerful that only 2 of them can exist in any deck without catastrophic consequences.

Location: Unknown Fortress.

 

Tessa: Two down, one to go. You weakling. You are not fit to have the Light and Darkness Dragon. Now you're gone.

 

Unknown Individual: ..............uuuh, uh.

 

Meanwhile....................

 

Location: City Centre, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

 

James: What's this? My Light and Darkness Dragon, it's glowing. But, how? Something isn't right.

 

meanwhile....................

 

Tessa: Now Mark, it's time to find the final Light and Darkness Dragon. I know exactly who has it. James! Go find him and take him down.

 

Mark: Yes Tessa. I will find him and destroy him with my deck in a Shadow Duel.

 

Mark races after James in a frenzy. After running for about 5 minutes, he finds James.

 

James: Who are you?

 

Mark: I am Mark. I want your Dragon.

 

James: What do you mean?

 

Mark: I want the Light and Darkness Dragon.

 

James: You'll have to beat me first.

 

Mark: Very well. We won't have just any old duel. It will be a Shadow Duel.

 

James: You'll regret you ever challenged me.

 

Both players shuffle their own respective decks.

 

James and Mark silmutaneously: Lets duel.

 

Mark: I will begin. I start by activating Trade-In. By discarding any Level 8 Monster I get to draw 2 cards. Now I summon Infernal Dragon in Attack Mode. ATK 2000 DEF 0. Now I will end my Turn.

 

James: My turn. I activate Destiny Draw. By discarding a Destiny Hero, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck. Now I activate Monster Reborn. I choose my Destiny Hero - Disk Commander. ATK 300 DEF 300. When it is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, I get to draw 2 cards.

Now I summon Snipe Hunter in Attack Mode. ATK 1500 DEF 600. With Snipe Hunter's Special Ability, I can discard one card to select a card on the field and roll a six-sided die. If the result isn't 1 or 6, that card is destroyed. Lets see what happens. The result is 5. That means your Infernal Dragon gets destroyed. Now Snipe Hunter, Attack Mark's Life Points directly.

 

The shock of the attack confirms this is a real Shadow Duel.

James: 8000 Mark: 6500

 

James: Now I end my turn.

 

Mark: My draw. I summon Phantom of Chaos in Attack Mode. Next I activate Destiny Draw. You know its effect. Now I activate Card of Safe Return. Whenever a Monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, I get to draw 1 card. I now activate the Special Ability of Phantom of Chaos. I will remove The Dark Creator in my Graveyard from play so Phantom of Chaos gains the effect of Dark Creator and its abilities, ATK and DEF. I will remove a DARK Monster (Destiny Hero - Fear Monger) in my Graveyard from play to Special Summon Infernal Dragon from my Graveyard. Now Phantom of Chaos, take out Snipe Hunter. Now Infernal Dragon, destroy his Disk Commander. After Infernal Dragon attacks, it gets destroyed but I can revive it by Tributing a Monster I control. I choose Phantom of Chaos. With Card of Safe Return's effect, I get to draw another card. Now I end my turn.

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

 

James: My turn. I activate Reinforcement of the Army. This lets me search my Deck for a Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster and add it to my hand. I choose Dark Grepher. Now I activate the Special Ability of Dark Grepher. By discarding 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster (Destiny Hero - Dasher), I can Special Summon Dark Grepher from my hand. I activate Dark Grepher's second Special Ability. Once per turn I can send 2 DARK monsters from my deck to the Graveyard (Destiny Hero - Plasma and The Dark Creator). Now that I have 4 different DARK monsters in my Graveyard I can Tribute Summon Darklord Zerato with 1 Tribute. I Tribute Dark Grepher to summon Darklord Zerato. ATK 2800 DEF 2300. Darklord Zerato, take out Mark's Infernal Dragon.

Mark: My turn. I activate Allure of Darkness. This lets me draw 2 cards from my Deck and...

 

James: I know what it does.

 

Mark: Anyway, I remove Fear Monger from play with its second effect. Now I activate Foolish Burial. I will send The Dark Creator to the Graveyard with its effect. Now I activate my second Foolish Burial. This time I will send Dark Horus to the Graveyard.

Now I summon Phantom of Chaos. ATK 0 DEF 0. I activate its Special Ability. By removing Dark Creator from play, I get its effect. Now I activate Dark Creator's Special Ability. I will remove my fallen Infernal Dragon from play to revive Dark Horus in Attack Mode. ATK 3000 DEF 1800. Now Dark Horus, annihalate his Darklord Zerato HAHAHAHAHAHA. Your doomed now.

Mark: As Phantom of Chaos can't cause any Battle Damage, I will end my turn.

 

James: My turn. Since I have 5 or more DARK monsters in my Graveyard I can now Special Summon The Dark Creator. ATK 2300 DEF 3000. Now I use its Special Ability. Mark: Now I set a card face-down and end my turn, Infernal Dragon gets destroyed ant this time I choose not to revive it.

 

James: Here goes. I have been waiting for this. I summon Prometheus, King of the Shadows. When Prometheus is Normal Summoned, I can remove any number of DARK Monsters in my Graveyard. I will remove all but 3 of them so I can do this. I Special Summon my Trump Card. Dark Armed Dragon, in Attack Mode. ATK 2800 DEF 1000.

Now I activate Dark Armed Dragon's Special Ability. By removing a DARK monster in my Graveyard from play, I can destroy 1 card on the field. I choose your face-down card.

 

Mark: Why didn't you choose Dark Horus?

 

James: Don't think I have forgotten about your Dark Horus. I will remove another DARK monster in my Graveyard from play to destroy Dark Horus. Now, Dark Armed Dragon, finish him off. Now that's game.

 

After the end of the Duel, James runs off leaving Mark where he was beaten. Mark gets up after 3 or so minutes and returns to see Tessa.

 

Tessa: Where's the Light and Darkness Dragon Mark?

 

Mark: I don't have it.

 

Tessa: Then why did you return? You have some nerve. Because you failed me, you will face the wrath of the very Dragon you should have gotten. You have failed me for the last time.

 

A quick Shadow Duel happens. Mark is beaten by Tessa with the Light and Darkness Dragon and with great ease. The shadows consume Mark as he is dragged into the Shadow Realm.

Location: Downtown Alley, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

 

Heath: Nothing like a good smoke to relieve the stress.

 

Matthew: Heath. Finally, I found you. You have information on the Light and Darkness Dragon. Tell me where it is.

 

Heath: Why the hell would I tell you that? You must want to find it too.

 

Matthew: Yes. Now tell me where it is.

 

Heath: You want me to tell you? Fine. But you have to beat me in a best of 3 Duel.

 

Matthew: I accept.

 

Heath and Matthew simultaneously: Lets Duel.

 

Heath: I will begin. First, I activate Allure of Darkness. This lets me draw 2 cards, but I have to remove a DARK monster in my hand from play (Tri-Horned Dragon). Now I summon Vorse Raider, in Attack Mode. ATK 1900 DEF 1200. Now I shall end my turn.

 

Matthew: My turn. I activate Reasoning. You declare a monster level. Then I pick up cards until I get a monster that can be summoned. If it is the level you declared, it and the rest of the picked up cards go to the graveyard.

 

Heath: And if it isn't?

 

Matthew: It gets Special Summoned to my side of the field. Now what do you declare?

 

Heath: I declare 4.

 

Matthew: Very well. Hah.

 

Heath: What is it? Get on with it.

 

Matthew: Be patient. Say hello to Destiny Hero - Dasher in Attack Mode. ATK 2100 DEF 1000.

 

Heath: I should be scared, why?

 

Matthew: Stop interrupting. Now Dasher, attack his Vorse Raider.

 

Vorse Raider gets destroyed.

 

~Life Points:

 

Heath: 7800 Matthew: 8000

 

Matthew: Now I set a card face-down and end my turn.

 

Heath: Very well. My turn. I summon Archfiend Soldier in Attack Mode.

 

Matthew: Not so fast.

 

Heath: What now?

 

Matthew: I activate my face-down card. Forced Back. This card negates the Normal Summon and returns that monster to your hand.

 

Heath: Oh no. What ever shall I do? Hah. You can't beat me.

 

Matthew: You should worry about what's coming up next.

 

Heath: My turn still isn't over. I set a card face-down and call it a turn.

 

Matthew: I summon The Creator Incarnate in Attack Mode. ATK 1600 DEF 1500. Using its Special Ability, I can Tribute it to Special Summon The Creator from my hand. ATK 2300 DEF 3000. By discarding a card from my hand, I can Special Summon a monster from my Graveyard. I choose The Creator Incarnate. Now, I switch Dasher to Attack Mode. Now Dasher, attack Heath Directly.

Heath: 5700 Matthew: 8000

 

Matthew: Creator, now it's your turn.

 

Heath: 3400 Matthew: 8000

 

Matthew: Now I end my turn. How are you going to win now?

Don't forget about its Special Ability. I can pay 2000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field except Demise. I activate its ability.

 

A huge explosion razed the field. When the smoke cleared, Demise remained on the field.

 

Heath: Now I activate Monster Reborn. I revive the Monster I sent to the Graveyard from Advanced Ritual Art. Tri-Horned Dragon in Attack Mode. ATK 2850 DEF 2350. Now Tri-Horned Dragon, attack Matthews Life Points directly.

The Creator Incarnate. Now meet the second one. By Tributing The Creator Incarnate, I can Special Summon the Creator. Now meet your doom.

Matthew: Now, Ultimate Tyranno, destroy Demise.

I've tried fan fics with a lot of made up cards. For me it gets too confusing trying to remember all their effects and stats. I might maybe allow a few created cards but not too many otherwise it gets too confusing. +Rep coming ASAP.
