Make it Level 4. It can still bypass Gravity Bind the way it is. I like the picture and idea. I say this is worth an 8.5/10.

not to sure how people see this monster as overpowered, i understand that the atk gain is permanent but still, i mean maybe it should be raisd to lvl 3 but no more then that its an 800 atk monster and in order for its effect to be workable you would have to catter to it. you would need to make a deck around this card to make it right. i mean come on look at dark crusader, granted he's a four star and he only gets 400 but he starts at 1600 atk it takes one card to make him decent two cards to make him good and three to make him beastly, this requires 2 cards just to make her decent, true she gets under gravity and level limit but so what? you have to get four faries to the graveyard in order for her to be 2800 atk, its not as easy as it may sound. not to mention you have to think your losing card advantage in order to increase atk, why do you think dark crusader isnt used? because you could have an 80000 atk monster but it dosent mean you have game, Atk points matter but not as much as card advantage, a simple mirror force or whatever and this card is gone. if this card is overpowered? its only sleightly its acceptibly overpowered. this, imo, is a johnnies dream, i would love to be able to try a deck with this card just to see if i could work it right. 9/10

Hm. The effect is basic, and there's not much use for it except to act as a beatdown card for Fairies.

 

I wouldn't use this card in a fairy deck, mainly because it's just not useful enough.

Bringing it up to 4 would only allow level limit or gravity bind, that's it. Not many people I know use those.
