i need halp on the ocg plz somone redo it for me cos im back with ocg but amazing with making up effects :)

 

also what do yall think aboutht this cards effect?

Here's the wording fix you wanted. ^_^

 

You can pay 1000 Life Points to place 1 Ice Counter on 1 card on the field. Monsters with Ice Counters cannot declare an attack, change their battle position, or be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. Face-down Spell and Trap Cards with Ice Counters cannot be activated, and the effects of face-up Spell and Trap Cards with Ice Counters are negated. When this card is destroyed, destroy all Ice Counters on the field.

 

I had to improvise a little bit for face-up Spells/Traps since they'd technically already be activated, but that's probably what you would've meant. Remove the comma from the name, it's not needed. The first parts of Set IDs need exactly 4 letters, and the last part needs "EN" at the front of it.

may, is not the right word for this, it implies that you do not need to pay any at all

bold two:

the comma is not needed, Counter needs capitalized, the rest makes no sense in that.

I like this card like all your others. Balance is good. Picture is good. OCG is OK. Worth a 9.5/10.

Nice job, the holo brings it out nicely. You might want to erase the holo layer on the queen itself so only the background is holographic. It's more realistic that way. ^_^

I like Common version more, just because it's less distorted. The OCG is a bit lengthy, but I suppose it works. Very nice card.
