To begin with, I would distract him/her by sayin': "Ey, you, there's a penny in your ear", and then he/she'd go like "Yeah rly", and then I'd say: "It's true, it evolves ev'ry minute!" and while he/she tries to get the penny out of The Ear, I'd dump a container of toxic waste on him/her and after that I'd call someone to clean it up (You've got to think of the nature!).
