You confuse manipulation with a favor. If I ask someone to pass me the salt it's just asking for a favor. If I convince somebody that they need to murder somebody else by funking with their emotions, that's manipulation.

You fail to realise that nobody made any adaptations to suit Draco's needs in this situation. They simply agreed to something. There were no changes in the person.

 

Don't use definitions against somebody if you don't completely understand them yourself.
