MasterOfMagicians Posted August 25, 2008 Report Share Posted August 25, 2008 Lugia would obviously win this one.It is capable of learning water-type moves, plus its Dragon half keeps its defense higher than Ho-oh. They are both flying-types and susceptible to the same electric weaknesses and can learn almost the same moves, however due to JUST the type advantage Lugia has won, without having to take statistics into effect. Anyway I know Lugia would win because of the water and rock advantage.Ho-oh:Fire/Flying,Lugia:Psychic/Flying.Psychics can learn almost any move, especially if it has another type like flying.
