EFFECT]"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Summoned Skull"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play the above cards on your side of the field or by removing from play 1 of the above cards from your hand and the other from your field; then you can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck (You do not use "Polymerization"). While this card remains face-up on the filed, neither player can Special Summon any monsters from his/her hand.

This card is in no way overpowered, I mean, it's Summoned Skull we are talking about here >.<

Els-Kun: Your opponent will eventually become defenseless and can't summon any monsters to protect his/her life points (seeing how high the ATK is).

And you don't need polymerization to summon it.

that's how all big monsters are, if your going against a big monster your obviously going to go on the defensive, but most decks in fact all good decks would be able to deal with this card, ATK means little to nothing in this game, and though yes its effect makes it so you dont need poly you still need to get one of the above monsters in your hand and one on the feild at least, not the hardest thing ever but not like its a peace of cake.

if this card is overpowered, it is acceptably overpowered you must also understand the fact that most all fusions (like this one) are minus 1s at least. so yes it may be a bit overpowered but its not that bad.
