It is basically a Macros Cosmos with a Fairy power up effect, and to add to that it gets a monster from your RFG. I think it would be limited or semi-limited though, considering the sheer tech of this card in RFG. Fixes are appreciated and welcome. Enjoy and please comment! *Notes* Effect/Lore: You can only activate this card when there are 2 or more of your cards removed from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, any card that is sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead. Once per turn, you can remove 1 card in your hand from play to increase the ATK of 1 Fairy-Type monster you control by 300.
