It's a 3-for-1, and nobody really seems to use it right now anyway. Technically you'd be giving yourself advantage by making your opponent play that card.

But you need to give yourself at least a -2 in order to use THIS card.

Of course we know THIS card is bad. But dumping your opponent's spells doesn't have to be a bad thing, like I said. In its Anime form, this card would work.
