This card cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 7000 Life Points. When this card is Summoned, select 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Deck. You can Tribute this card and Special Summon the selected monster. Increase the selected monsters ATK by the difference between your and your opponent's Life Points. The selected monster cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap or monster card effects. The selected monster can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. And if anybody only posts a rating here, they will be neg repped, if they say "OCG error" and not pointing it out, they will be neg repped, if anybody says underpowered/overpowered without no proof, they will be neg repped.
