Sander
Those are the cards you entered in my contest! And what's the problem with that? He obviously didn't post em here to get the OCG fixed for them -.-" The cards are ok, 8/10.

Machovict
The Toon one is a tad overpowered because Toons no longer require Toon World. So you can just fill your deck with Toon Gemini Elves and Toon Goblin Attack Forces, and then just sac one to smite your opponent's offense (and defense) for three turns and go heavy beatstick with your Goblins who can reenter Attack mode AND attack again before the opponent can do so much as use Kuriboh. The Light one is better, but should still be toned down a little. 6/

Spire
-Pretty good pics.-Good OCG. Spire's Rating: 8.3/10.
Professor Cobra
Good pic, for the first card, good effects, the second card is a little overpowered. Unless your dueling Pegasus, no one will really have Toon monsters in their Deck. 7/

Steven Cope
Its basically special versions of Crush Card (that wasn't a neg comment)First one is very good especially against people with mostly Dark monsters (cough*me*cough) Also that pic is cool, perfect for a virus card.Second one is only good against people with toons which most people don't use, but if u ignore that its still effective. Also for a toon card the pic isn't bad its what u expect from a toon card. Over all 9/

Jess08
Compared to the monsters and such iv'e encountered throughout dueling, id say theese are no-where near over-powered. 10/0. Nice work. Pics would look great holographic, exspecially the light 1.I don't like the pic on the second card. 7/10 Lol then you havnt seen Toon aligator... whats the point in that card honostly ;)
N00B Hunter
Your "Toon" is overpowered. For the price of one monster (some Toon Monsters don't require "Toon World" to be Summoned, they just need it for the direct attack), you pretty much lock down your opponent for 3+ turns. 1 Monster for complete monster control of the field... I'd say it's a more than fair trade. Make the tribute 3 Toon Monsters for balance... and your OCG doesn't work so well either. "Nanobreak" doesn't seem useful either. First of all, what are the chances of getting a lvl8+ LIGHT monster on the field while having this card Set under your control, and why would you activate it anyway? All the high-lvl LIGHT Monsters are amazing with their abilities ("Judgement Dragon", "Rainbow Dragon", etc. monsters that are hard to get out and don't work very well in the metagame anyway) and stats... and you're going to get rid of this game-winner?? I'll agree that you will, again, get pretty much total control of the monster section of the field for 3 turns (which is overpowered), but it's unlikely that you'll play this card anyway.. Both are overpowered, and the second is even strategically useless. Not your best, "Phantasy". I recommend staying away from this idea of virus cards, and if you want to make lockdown cards, create a set if interlocking effects that each do one thing, but together can really hurt. That would be original (I haven't seen such a thing in a while) and harder to pull off, so deserving of more credit from me. 'Til then!
Tabris
Basically, I am of the opinion that the 3 most star-studded and advantage-laden Traps we have nowadays - CCV, DDV, and EEV - are broken, due to the sheer nastiness of the aftereffects. So, no. 0/
