I allready know it know but cool and thx for fixing:

 

Open Lightsaber

Go to Layers

Make sure the FG/BG is on Black and make a new layer with foreground.

Change it to Screen

Press the "B" on your keyboard

Draw up, right and down so it looks like a stick

Edit the top to make it bend

Press the "Enter" on your keyboard

Paint in the selected area with white

Go to Select

Go to None.

Then go to layers

Duplicate the black layer X3

Filters - Blur - gaussian blur

First black layer = 5.0

Second black layer = 20.0

Third black layer = 40.0

Merge the 3 & 2 black layer

Set them to screen

Merge the remaining black layers

Set them to screen

Go to Layer - Colour - Colour Balance

Then merge the remaining layers

 

But it needs a background to work
