Sorry if anyone has done this before, but there are a lot of newbs out there and they need help, so they stop making bad cards. So here is the difference between a bad card and a good card. Oh and yes i know the pic is overused.

 

Bad Card:

Things Wrong:

 

  • ATK and DEF = 9999. Meaning Its Overpowered
  • Bad OCG
  • Bad Name
  • Name In Capitals
  • Type In Capitals

 

I Shall Now Use That Picture To Create A Better Card (which may not be perfect)

 

Good Card:

[spoiler=Card Effect]

During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Monsters this card destroys by battle are removed from play instead of going to the Graveyard. If this face-up card is destroyed or removed from the field, it is removed from play.

 

 

 

  • Better Name
  • Not Overpowered
  • Has An Effect
  • Perfect OCG
  • Name Not In Caps
  • Type Not In Caps

 

please tell me what you think and tell me if i forgot anything.

I don't find this a tut i find this a help thread. Plus it's pretty obv. If a new member comes in the frist thing he/she wants to do is have fun making there frist card. Not worrying about making a perfect card. But yes very helpfull if people are looking to be better at cards.

[EDIT] - That line in the info on the good card. " instead of going to the Graveyard. " There is no point in that being there.
