Check second paragraph. Not all is fair and good. Tea knows she's not supposed to do that, and reverted about 4 bans because of that. Luke should get with the program.

I'm not going to bring Claire into this (though you were undeniably playing favorites), it's irrelevant, since its the way the forum is for now, I will just say that I heavily disagree with that policy, and that any decent moderator should know their place regardless. This thread just proves once again how desperately jealous some people are. Really, some of you are totally obsessed with becoming a mod and now because you didn't get chosen you freak out and start releasing your rage on the new mods.

I mean, what's the big problem? Just because some of the new ones haven't been here for so long and can't display such a high popularity? Because Slimey and Frunk had a reputation for being good mods? Well too bad, I'm not Slimey, but does that immediately mean that I would do a better or worse job than him?

There is something called timezone and night which is usually not used to be spent in front of a computer screen, you know.;) I already talked about my former lack of presence on the Online Members list and the reasons why I "disappeared" from the 12th-15th, 21th-22 and 1st-3rd are all stated in the Leaving/Return Thread. And about my "lack of posts", would you enjoy me invading the forum with posts like "lol", "fail", "Oh the misery, I'm so depressed"?

Now about the mercy and countless chances issue, just so you know, I got a neg rep yesterday for apparently not being indulgent enough, but the issue got solved in the meantime and there is no problem anymore.

 

Regarding the rules and the fact that they must apply to everyone in the same way, my main goal as a member has always been to try to treat everyone equally and I’m sure the others are doing the same.

 

To those who are so disappointed about the current mod team, who would be those much better, "Oh thy eminence, for thou art the bringer of splendour" choices? Your "friends" who convinced you about how awesome they are?

You are free to send me a PM about your genius propositions and name ONE bad thing one of the new mods made so far, but personally I can't think of anything right now.
