Try different effects based on the character's Jutsu. For example, Orochimaru can summon snakes, can't he? So, you can make his effect like: "Once per turn you can put a Snake Token on this card (max. 3) etc etc". Pics are good except for Gaara's, change that one if you can. And make Orochimaru! Some of these cards are underpowered and some are overpowered. You should also have timeline consistency. I see some pictures from Naruto and others from Naruto:Shippuden. As a rule of thumb, I generally don't use fanart because even though more ideas can be used it's not canon in my opinion. Also there are a few mistakes in spelling and Original card grammar.
