EHERO Andrew
Ever since I tried out my Synchro-Fairy deck, it gave me an idea... Why not use Lightwave Tuning in my "all Light" Neo City Deck? I don't have to wait for tuners, I can just simply turn my Heroes into tuners and Synchro Summon a Lv 8 Synchro, like SDD. No, I can't use Goyo, bc there's no way to add the levels to 6, only 8. AND NO I WILL NOT USE ROYAL OPPRESSION!!! IM USING SYNCHROS FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! THAT IS STUPID!!! Mr. Judgment Dragon
I like the originality :) No. Im not saying its a bad build. It actually looks pretty good. I will say you need something to protect your Skill Drains like Solemn or Dark Bribe or something more chainable than Dimensional Prison.

Pro36ixty
Nice deck Andrew. I dont think it needs any fixes really, perhaps:+ The Warrior Returning Alive- I dont really know But this might effect the overall speed of the deck but will increase the hand control. So dont really know if you want to do this
Mr. Judgment Dragon
OK then. Ill just move along. Stardust's cost = Exiled Force's cost meaning they can still use their effects with Skill Drain in play, right?
EHERO Andrew
yeah. I think so. It's bc it targets the grave or something... But I think a judge said that SDD can use his effect even with Skill Drain up on the field..

Thats the other part of its effect. Dont know about the Skill Drain bit though
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Its like Exiled Force's effect. The cost of effect Monsters isnt negated by Skill Drain and the effect activates from the Graveyard. Skill Drain only negates the effects of Monsters on the field. Stardust can be used pretty much harmlessly with Skill Drain.
EHERO Andrew
The best thing is, I can use RDA and not worry about his 2nd effect. RDA wouldn't be much of a risk while Skill Drain is face-up on the field.
