Sartorius Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Imagine this card: Example ASpell"Discard 1 card. You may look at your opponent's hand and remove from play 1 monster card. Discard 1 card after this." The "Discard 1 card." is the cost and MUST be done or the card cannot be activated. Then you may discard GK's Watcher to negate the effect of the card. E.g: "You may look at your opponent's hand and remove from play 1 monster card. Discard 1 card after this." No cards go back to your hand. Hope this helps.
