N00B Hunter
No, I think this is completely underpowered. Your aesthecity is fine. You did very well in choosing your picture and matching a foil to it. ^^ There are some big problems, though. First of all, "Ragnorok, the Golden Dragon" isn't the most original name. There's already a Dragon-Type called "Ragnorok", and you're card isn't infamous enough to get an acronym. ^^ So the name needs work. Next is the copyright. You put in "1996 Kazuki Takahashi", and I'm really doubting that you joined in 1996, or your name is Kazuki Takahashi (and as improbable as they are alone, think of how unlikely the chances are of them being together! I mean, the chance of you joining in 1996 is already 0%. ^^), so change the copyright and put your username or real name. Next, your Set ID is wrong. The first section of the Set ID is for letters, and the next 2 spaces or for "EN" because you speak english, and then the final 3 digits are for the number of your card in the set... if that's confusing, then let me explain. "Cyberdark Impact" is a booster pack, and "Cyberdark Horn" is labeled CDIP-EN001. the CDIP stands for Cyberdark Impact, and the "EN" is because the card was made for America. The "001" means that "Cyberdark Horn" is the first card from the "Cyberdark Impact" booster. If you're having trouble with an acronym, try RGDS, which stands for Ragnorok, the Golden Dragon Single. Try something like that, and then make the last part "EN001" ^^. Also a big problem is your circulation. You decided that your card was Limited Edition, so you added that to the circulation. Unfortunately for you, all Limited Edition cards have gold stickers... and your doesn't. So either change the sticker color to gold, or remove the circulation.Aesthecity: D- The Balance of this card seems almost nonexistent. There's no strategic value in this card. First of all, its primary ability can only destroys monsters with 4400 combined ATK and DEF. The chances of a monster like that coming out on your opponent's side of the field are very low in the metagame (even the "Monarch" Monsters don't have that much combined status! ^^). So the first effect is pretty pointless. Your next effect is alright, but I don't see much of a benefit. This effect, and the uselessness of the first effect, mean that this card is only useful in the Graveyard. What I would do with this guy is just "Foolish Burial" him from your deck to the Graveyard for some free draws. But there are all sorts of other strategies you can implement, better strategies that you could use, which involve "Foolish Burial". But if you feel the need to get 2 cards this way, feel free. I just think "Pot of Greed" or "Pot of Avarice" would be a better idea. ^^ Balance: C- The OCG is near perfect, but I notice three flaws. Most importantly, the name of this card shouldn't have the word "the" be capitalized.. change that. Next, "equaled" is just "equal", but thats pretty minor. Your final mistake, though, hurt you a bit. This is the last part, where it says "... draw 2 cards from your deck to your hand." Well, where else are you going to draw cards from? The Graveyard? The rfp zone? ^^ "... draw 2 cards," is all you'll need there. OCG: B- Average Grade: C-Not so well-done, I'm afraid. The effects aren't so good, the card's details look like you skipped over them, much akin to a five-year-old skipping over the hard parts of his kindergarten spelling packet. ^^ What hurt you a lot were the small details, which can be harsh when combined, but are pretty easy to fix (The Set ID, Circulation, Minor OCG errors), though those didn't compare much to the big problem of your absolutely unhelpful effect, which will need some major revising. The best thing about this card was the picture, and keep up the good work in that area! Remember, full-body shots are the best, and it's always best to holo everything except for the center of attention.

Sionnach
Broken, even if the first effect is useless. This would be run in 3's with 3 Foolish Burials in every deck.
Sander
Broken' date=' even if the first effect is useless. This would be run in 3's with 3 Foolish Burials in every deck.[/quote'] Foolish Burial is Semi'd :P But yeah, the last effect is overpowered. I mean, come on now, use Foolish Burial to dump it, and draw 2. Make it if it's sent from the field to the Graveyard, draw 2 and discard 2. That should be balanced enough.
