Effect:This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is successfully Advanced Summoned decreasee the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by 500. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 "Blue Eyes White Dragon" from your hand and send it to the Graveyard. Then increase the ATK of this monster by 200. You can remove this face-up monster and 3 "Blue Eyes White Dragon" monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field. When this card is successfully Tribute Summoned, decrease the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by 500. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand to increase the ATK of this monster by 200. You can remove this face-up monster and 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field. That should be the proper OCG. Btw the owner of that pic is slifertheskydragon from deviantART. You should say that. Anyway, not looking at the OCG errors, originality 10, balance 7 since it's not that strong. There's Dragon's Mirror which is more appropriate for summoning B-E Ultimate Dragon, but still, this card can help get BEWD's quickly to teh Graveyard. So 8.5/10 total.
