When grading toss OCG aside, if you have that complaint PM me instead of posting it. [spoiler=Cyber Rapture's OCG]Once per turn, if your opponent would Special Summon a monster, decrease the level of all face-up monsters they control by 1 until the End Phase, (this card cannot decrease the level of a monster below 1). In addition, if this card would be used for Synchro Summon, increase the Level of this card by 1. Meh, basic I know but like I said...
