Hmm... there are some OCG Errors, heres a Fix

Card:

"Attribute" is caps, "Battle Damage" is caps, "draw" is not caps

 

About your card:

Yes it can be balanced and also underpowered and overpowered

When you said you will place it face-up in the bottom of your Deck, and you said if you Draw it it will use its effect... doesn't that mean you wait the entire Duel?

And you said it can attack twice, but that's kinda good ^_^

The pic is overused, i see you recolored it and zoomed it and changed its direction (looks cool).
