Split Attributes

 

Rulings On:

Sight - Sight cards are kept in your hand while being activated.

They cannot be Played or Set, only activated.

Sight cards stay in your hand untill their time is up.

They stay in your hand for X time while you are permitted to

see a certain card(s) that you normally wouldn't be allowed to see.

 

Flight - Flight monsters are not cannot be Normal Summoned, Set, or Special Summoned. They can only be Land Summoned.

Flight monsters cannot attack.

By paying their individual cost(s), you can take a card from their designated place(s).

The monster is overpowered.

 

Better and fairer effect for the monster:

 

"By paying 500 Life Points, select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and take control of it until. The selected monster cannot declare an attack and is destroyed if this card is removed from the field. During you Battle Phase, you can pay 1000 Life Points and Tribute this card to inflict 2000 points of damage to your opponent. If you used this effect, any Battle Damage dealt to your opponent this Battle Phase is reduced to 0."

Why not this be the effect? I want high master's approval. This one would get it closer to what it does. It's supposed to take points from you, then use its effect to "attack" your opponent. That way it doesn't attack! Ingenious, right?
