Im trying anti tribute then how are you going to syncro? and none of it is technically tributing but skilled DM,(magical dimension 'sends'.) who is still a good spellcaster to have with his 1900 ATK.if you don't want DM in your deck, that's ok too, just throw in magical megaton cannon, it can use the stored spell counters to wipe your opponent's field (or at least use a bribe or solemn.). on top of that, there are a good number of spells that use spell counters to be played. that is the best you can do as anti-tribute. werewolfjedi
sorry mistaken. but still, it is a useful spell. what is your plan to keep fog king on the field? unless you tribute, it isn't going to last long.

Kicklash
I've got a decent initial hand using fog king, but It doesn't fit the spellcaster theme and is reliant on having the first turn, I think. It starts with Fog King, Zombyra The Dark, The Unfriendly Amazon, Ultimate Offering and Offerings To The Doomed, with Pot of Greed at the top of the deck. I would just summon either Zombyra or the Amazon, play ultimate offering to be able to summon the other, then tribute them to summon Fog King with 4100 ATK, then play Pot Of Greed and OTTD face down to cover each other.
