Restrictions: Can not be a legendary or a spilced pokemon. Spell and Traps are aloud but i dont know how you can make 1. No Fake types please, those just make me kill people. Sonic_zach SMASH!

When this card declares an attack place 1 poison counter on any monster you choose. A monster with a poison counter on it decreases its ATK by 200. A Spell or Trap card with a poison counter on its effect is negated. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster inflict 100 damage to your opponents Life Points for each poison counter on the field.

If you notice, I edited the pic, and made it so the pic of Scyther is actually going past the pic boundries. Easy to see, just look at his left blade tip, it's past the boundry, and so are his wings, and most of his right blade ;) Also, I made it darker around him and gave it a view as if it is a moving picture by darkening it around him, but also brightening up a few key spots ;)
