Survivor Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 Here you go: Chapter 1 [align=center]TJ sat on his steps. He was waiting for his mother to give him his sack. It was his eleventh birthday. He was starting one year late on his journey. Suddenley his mother rushed out of the doorway. "Okay. Now son't be late. You have to get you starter Pokemon. Now goodbye!" TJ's mother said. "Thanks mom!" TJ said. He grabbed his bag and ran off. He got to Professor Oak's and ran up the steps and knocked on the door. "Hello TJ! Welcome. Come on in!" TJ walked in. He followed Professor Oak to a table. "Pick out a Pokemon out of Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur. Choose wisely." "I pick...Squirtle!!!" "That's a very good choice TJ." Professor Oak said. "Squirtle is a water type Pokemon as you know, and is a good offensive Pokemon. Okay. Here are your Pokeballs and your Pokedex. Your Pokedex can give you information on any known Pokemon. Have Fun and goodbye. Check out Viridian City first. That will be a great spot." Professor Oak let TJ out and he walked on. TJ suddenley saw his two friends up ahead. Spenser and Layla stood up the road. "Hey Guys!" TJ screamed. He ran to them. "Want to battle?" Layla asked. "Let's go." "Fine." TJ said. "Go Squirtle!" TJ said. The squirtle flew out of it's Pokeball and landed. "Squirtle!!!" "Okay. Let me beat that...Go Bulbasaur!" Layla said. The Bulbsaur flew out of the Pokeball and landed on the ground. "Bulbasaur!" "Bulbasaur, Vine Whip!" "Squirtle, Water Gun!" The two Pokemon exchanged attacks, all hitting their marks. "You do realize that Bulbasaur trumps Squirtle due to type advantage." Layla said. She smiled. "Not yet. Squirtle! Use Hydro Pump!" TJ screamed. Squirtle shot out a huge blast of water at the injured Bulbasaur and it fainted. Squirtle was victorius. "Bulbasaur...return!!!" Layla said. Squirtle returned as well. "So, you guys want to travel with me?" TJ asked. "Sure." Layla and Spenser both said. "Wait. Spenser, what was your starter Pokemon?" TJ asked. "Here. It's a Charmander." Spenser released the Fire Dragon. "Cool. Let's go." TJ said. They walked down the road, headed for Viridian City...[/align] Like it?
