Is love.. in existance?

I mean, atleast once in your life you'll meet someone who says their depressed becuase they can't find love.

What you should ask them is, is it love your wanting to find, or is it a mate that looks good who will love you back?

I swear, peoples vision of love is clouded by the poison of appearance.

If you can love someone who isn't in your view of "good looking" then that right there, is true love, the other is lust. Nothing less.

You might ask why I have this thought. It's because my view of love has made me a hypocrit, and it's pissing me off, plus other things combined into one.

Hypocritical Love.

There are 2 Loves. Love for Mates, and Love for Family.

Love for Mates = "Lovey Dovey" Love. The person that sweeps you off your Feet and blows your Mind. You REALLY care for them.

Love for Family = A Person you really care about who is related to you by Decision or Biologically.

That's how I see it.

I want both at the same time and I have both at the same time.

I'm a happy girl.

But would you accept the other?

If you say no' date=' that's Hypocritical Love, and im more then certain you would say no, due to your previous views..

[/quote']

What is "other"?

True love with a person whom doesn't "look good" to you.

I don't call that true love.

True love is the acceptance and appreciation of every aspect of your partner.

It's impossible to bear "true love" with someone that I find physically repulsive.

No, the aspect of TRUE Love, is to look beyond the bearings that hold people back, and step forth onto a path that leads to happiness.

No; looking beyond faults entails accepting them to begin with; it's not just ignoring the issues and looking only at the good bits.

If I'm not satisfied, then there is no great happiness, and thus there is no true love.

I can think of several reasons why an ugly partner could ruin my life.

It's not that I'm going to let it, but rather I don't want to have to deal with that stuff.

From what you're saying, it sounds like you can't have true love unless you are in a relationship with some five-hundred-pound woman with a single-digit IQ who happens to be a schizophrenic homicidal maniac with an intestine fetish.

I can't find love' date='but never get depressed over it because I realise that there is no real such thing as love (it is all an illusion)

Love is a word, just like Religion.

Created for people to give a reason to their happiness.

I so agree with you...

I'll start laughing when people start fighting wars in the name of love.

OH WAIT, they already have! Helen of Troy, everybody!

Ooh geez.

"Mommy, can I end these people?", questioned the son.

And with a vague look on her face the mother replied, "Do your best and show these folk what you can do."

Love is a word. But so is each character of text and kb that make up this as I type. Does that loosen this sentences meaning? No. Thus that argument is tossed out the window.

Now I have to ask you this. Your given is thrown away, what is your new assumption?

Love is a word, tis anger, and happy.

Apply the presence of meaning to said word(s) thus it gives the word a reason and an essence to call it more then a word.

You still didn't counter my statement.

You are trying to null out a single word, not knowing that in your desired format. You are trying to kill off every word in existence.

If I apply the presence of the feeling to the word "hypocrite" can I use it as such?

[i have a strong sense of hypocrisy towards you.]

And it mean that I [love] you?...

Dude, if you're gonna toss a word. You're tossing them all.

Thats just it, i am trying to toss all words, as they are all, just words. Quit trying to put meaning to everything, and realize that things were made to suite the benefits of everyone else.

And yet here you are typing and communication. Applying a meaning to each character trying to say something.

Your argument bears no seeds as long as you have the will to type or speak.

I didnt create this thread to argue the bases of words, i created it to point out the hypicrasy in the way people view love.

^: This statement is killed because in order for your previous statement to be true.

All words must lose meaning, including the most basic of words.
