-I don't see why Luigi would have Piercing. It just doesn't fit him.

-1-Up is pretty OP. It's a quick monster reborn. Change it somehow.

-Not much wrong with this.

-For how long? The rest of the duel? If so, it's a bit OP. If not, it could stop a Synchro Summon

-It's a bit op, but oh well. Good enough.
