I mean the "In order to Special Summon this card...", because normal Synchros don't have that kind of effect. It's simply a rule in the game, so you don't need to write it. 1 ? should do. Since this card is quite hard to summon, i would suggest that you increase the atk boost it gets per card by 200 or so. You might even let it get 200 per card.
