Every time a Dragon Type monster inflects Damage, Place a Designer counter on this card. When this card has exacly 4 counters on it, Activate one of the following Effects:

-Pay 500 Life Points and Summon 3 Dragon Type monsters to the field and create 1 Damage Step for this card.

-Summon 1 "Draygrave's Soul" to the field in face down Defence Position and Summon 1 random Fusion monster to your hand regardless of Summoning Conditions. Then pay 400 Life Points.

-Take off 100 ATK points from every LIGHT Level 3 monster on the field until this card is removed from the field. When removed, pay 600 Life Points.

The effect is choppy, there just something about the effect I quite don't get, but the Im still pretty sure this card is Overpowered, and needs OCG fixing. 1/10

OCG fix:

-Decrease the ATK of all Level 3 LIGHT monsters on the field by 100 until this card is removed from the field. When this card is destroyed, lose 600 Life Points.
